Virus director apologizes for not giving due credits to one person

Aashiq Abu's Virus was perfect in all ways. Right from the script, music, casting, editing, photography, the film can be used as a reference for making a good movie. The film with its ensemble cast told the tale of fear and survival when people of Kozhikode braved against the Nipah epidemic which claimed many lives. The film has a scene which shows the Kozhikode map which was used by the graphics team. But in fact, the map was created by Koorachundu Gramapanchayat Assistant Secretary Jaison Nedumbala and it was published by him in Wikimedia. Aashiq Abu took to his social media handle to apologize for over looking the work of Jaison and for not giving him due credits.
