Vicky Kaushal Replaces Varun Dhawan in Mr. Lele

Last year, Shashank Khaitan announced his directorial Mr. Lele with Varun Dhawan. However, Varun walked out of the project for unknown reasons. In March 2020, the makers shelved the film for an uncertain time period. However, the project is back on track. Vicky Kaushal has been roped in to play the titular role in the comedy flick. Kiara Advani will be seen as the leading lady opposite the Uri actor. After Lust Story, this will be Vicky and Kiara's second outing as an on-screen pair.
