Trance gets censor certification from Revising Committee, release date deferred

Anwar Rasheed's much anticipated film Trance that stars Fahadh Faasil and Nazriya Nazim was slated to release on February 14. But the Censor Board Trivandrum wanted to make a few cuts. Unhappy with the decision, the makers approached Revising Committee, Mumbai. The film's screening was done yesterday and the committee had certified the film with UA without a single cut. However, the film's date has been postponed to February 20. Trance was in the shoot stage for nearly 2 years and is the first pairing of Fahadh and Nazriya post their marriage. Also, Anwar Rasheed is directing a film after 7 years, his last being the director of one of the segments in 2013 anthology film Anchu Sundarikal.
