Among all the big OTT releases of the year, Akshay Kumar's Laxmmi Bomb will surely grab audience attention for its stellar casting and interesting plot. The film which was supposed to release during Eid along with Salman Khan's Radhe is skipping the theatrical release and opting for a digital release on Disney+Hotsrar. The much-anticipated film is made on a moderate budget of about ₹40 Cr. and it’s sold for about 120 Crore to the OTT platform. The amount is lesser than a theatrical release yet enough to earn the makers a huge profit from the deal. Also featuring Kiara Advani and Tusshar Kapoor, the film is a Hindi remake of Tamil horror comedy Muni 2: Kanchana.
