'Radio Petti', the film directed by debutant Hari Viswanath revolves around a partially-deaf old man who is fond of the radio gifted to him by his dad. The director talking about this award winning film said, "While screenings in Busan, they told me that they had wept watching the film because they found it heartwarming. One Korean woman came up to me and told that she had lost her mother recently and the film had brought back memories of her mother because she used to be fond of her TV set, just like the protagonist in my film." The film is now gearing up to be screened at the Indian international Film Festival in Goa.
