Singapore restricts ‘Noor’ only to mass above sixteen

In a major step taken towards the screening of ‘Noor’, the censor board of Singapore granted the film with NC16 rating which indicates that no children under 16 will be allowed to watch the film in theatres. This certification comes from the board owing to the heroine’s exceptional consumption of alcohol in the film. Apparently, the panel was reluctant to grant any certificate to the movie but they changed their mind just hours before its release.
