SIIMA Awards 2019 was held in a star studded ceremonyin Doha, Qatar. It was attended by who's who of the south industry. The best talents of the south industries were honored for their performances. As we all know that 2018 produced some of the best movies and all deserving movies and artists got their share of recognition. Movies like Varathan, Sudani From Nigeria won awards in different categories. Tovino Thomas was adjudged the best actor for his role in Theevandi and Aishwarya Lekshmi got award for best actress for Varathan. Prithviraj, Trisha won the critics awards.
