The remake of South film Vikram Vedha will see Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan engaging themselves in a cat and mouse chase. Originally, the film was offered to Aamir Khan who was supposed to play the big baddy Vedha in the gangster venture. However, he opted out for some unknown reason. Recently, an insider has claimed that Aamir wanted the film to be based in Hong Kong to make it a one-of-a-kind pan-Asia project which will appeal to both Indian and Chinese audience. The makers also liked his idea and penned the script accordingly. However, the Covid-19 outbreak and the unfortunate tussle between India and China in Ladakh made things worse and Aamir had to step out from the much-anticipated film.
