WBFJA, Bengal's prestigious award function celebrating Bengali cinema remained the witness of wonderful moments. Without making any exception, this time also Bishorjon wins maximum awards including the best actress, best director, best supporting actor, best comedian and more. Late Kalika Proshad won the best music director award. Bibaho Diaries won two awards. Dev bagged the best actor in popular category award two consecutive years. This time he won for his first home production Chaamp. Rukmini was awarded by Prosenjit as the most promising actress. Posto wins most popular film of the year award. Prosenjit and Soumitra Chatterjee won the best actor award.
