Madhya Pradesh police book two Netflix India officials for THIS!

After #BoycottNetflix trend on Twitter over a kiss scene in Mira Nair's web series A Suitable Boy an FIR has been registered against two officials of the streaming platform Netflix India in Madhya Pradesh for allegedly hurting religious statement. Bhartaiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BYJM) national secretary Gaurav Tiwari has filed the FIR against Monika Shergill, Vice President, Content (Netflix) and Ambika Khurana, Director, Public Policies (Netflix) demanding an apology. “Kissing scenes (filmed) inside a temple of Lord Maheshwar (a historic town located on the banks of Narmada in Madhya Pradesh) have hurt the sentiments of Hindus," said Tiwari.
