It is official, Disha Patani plays titular role in Sangamitra

After Shruti Haasan walked out of the project, there was a real trouble in casting the leading lady for much-awaited film ‘Sangamitra’. Apparently, several actresses were considered for the role but nothing got finalized for a long time. Finally, the makers have roped in gorgeous Disha Patani to play the titular role of the film. She would be seen as the warrior princess and the entire story revolves around her character. This Sundar C’s directorial also has Arya and Jayam Ravi playing crucial roles.
