Harisree Ashokan: I made shoes first, then found the foot to fit in

Harisree Ashokan is apparently thrilled as he has debuted as a director with An International Local Story which released on March 1. He says that his wish to direct a movie began about a decade back, but was waiting for things to fall in place. He said that he was quite scared to venture into this field, however, he had the support of his family and friends. He said that he was not as capable as big directors to visualise and make a 'hero' subject. He made the story first and then thought about the actors who would fit in. To put in other words, he made the shoes first and then searched for a foot that would fit in. He also believes that as long as his role in film Punjabi House is remembered, he can survive in Mollywood.
