Emraan Hashmi: I don’t think that every film needs a social message as long as it triggers change

Emraan Hashmi’s next Cheat India which will cast a light on the loopholes in India’s educational system. Emraan will be seen in a role he never portrayed before. Talking about the movie, which also sends a social message, the actor said, “I don’t think that every film needs a social message as long as it triggers change. For us, the rot in the education system was both exciting and relevant as a subject.” The film is directed by Soumik Sen and it will hit the theatres early next year. The actor concluded by saying, “Education is a flourishing business in India and our film gets to the bottom of this. I am sure parents and students will relate to our story.”
