CBFC runs their scissors on Khaali Peeli to make it fit for 'Sanskari' audience

The best part of OTT releases is that the film doesn't need to go under the scissors of the censor board. However, Khaali Peeli won't be one of the lucky ones. That's because the film featuring Ishaan Khattar and Ananya Pandey is not only releasing online. The film will be screening in drive-in cinemas in Bengaluru and Gurugram as well. Thus, the movie needs to get the censor certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). Sadly, the film has to go through several cuts. CBFC once again showed objection in scenes and dialogues that don't fit the 'Sanskari' standard. After all the cuts and edits, Khaali Peeli has been passed by the CBFC with a U/A certificate on September 22.
