Though Bombay High Court and CBFC might have given green signal for the release of ‘Indu Sarkar’, the makers are still facing inconveniences from politicians. The movie which was opposed by a group of politicians, saw a new development when BJP and congress workers locked horns near Indore’s Sapna-Sangeeta cinema hall. The situation came under control after police landed at the said location and used cans to disperse all. BJP activists claimed that Congress was trying to suppress the freedom of expression. The movie, based on the emergency era imposed by the then Indira Gandhi government, was released nationwide on July 28.
