Theatres in Teluguland are once again shut, as the second wave of COVID-19 is creating havoc in the nation. As it is uncertain when things will be back to normalcy, all eyes are now set on OTT players for entertainment. Even the OTT platforms started to offer lucrative deals to the makers to release their films directly on OTT. According to the latest reports, Amazon Prime Video is shelling out big bucks (nearly Rs. 9 Cr) to grab the rights of youthful rom-com drama Ek Mini Katha. Starring Santosh Shobhan and Kavya Thapar in the lead roles, the film is directed by Karthik Rapolu and produced by UV Concepts and Mango Mass Media. It was supposed to hit the screens on 30th April, but the second wave spoiled the plan.
