Vinci Da is a thriller that involves a series of murder, a makeup artist and a serial killer. The movie starts with a young chap beating someone to death and confessing his crime to the police. The movie takes a leap. Now, we see the world of a prosthetic makeup artist popularly known as Vinci Da in the industry. The talented artist doesn' get his due respect in the film industry which often leaves him upset. However, he still enjoys his not so eventful life with his beloved girlfriend Jaya, until one day a lawyer called Adi Bose comes into his life. 

Soon, Vinci Da realized Adi Bose is not what he looks like. He is a serial killer with a twisted sense of justice in his mind. He gets prosthetic makeup the criminals who has been acquited for the lack of evidence and commits the same crime of which they have been accused. Vinci Da and Jaya's life get entangled with Adi Bose's life. What happens next is the film all about.
