What’s it about…

Set in a small town in the hills of northern India ‘Tubelight’ is the story of a young man who is in search of his brother (belonging to the Indian Army) who goes missing in action during the Indo-China war in 1962. The young man who is teased by the locals as ‘Tubelight’ for being a slow learner and too honest and simple to understand and handle the world outside. Things change when he befriends a small boy and a local magician who help him believe in himself and regain confidence and self-belief to find and bring back his brother. ‘Tubelight’ starring Salman Khan, Sohail Khan, Rey Tangu, Om Puri, Zhu Zhu and Shah Rukh Khan in a cameo is directed by Kabir Khan and is an adaptation of the English movie ‘Little Boy’.
