Balamurali Balu's compositions for Traffic Ramasamy is really an added advantage for the serious theme discussed in it. He has scored three songs, each different from one another. The first song Poorali Anthem is a mix of Tamil rap and strong lines which is penned by Muthamizh, Tee Jey and Adithya Surendar and beautifully rendered by Thenisai Thendral Deva, Tee Jey, MC Vicky, Varsha Ranjith, Ramya NSK, Adhithya Surendar.

Aayiram Pournamigal, the second song which is an emotional song written by Pa Vijay and it delivers the family sentiments and love, beautifully rendered by Aishwarya Ravichandran and Srinidhi. The final song Komaali is written by Kabilan Vairamuthu and soothingly crooned by Sindhuri.
