Thrissivaperoor Kliptham Review
Ratheish Kumar's debut directorial 'Thrissivaperror Kliptham' starring Asif Ali, Aparna Balamurali, Chemban Vinod, Baburaj and Irshad in the lead roles had made quite a buzz right from the release of its first teaser trailer. But did it really impress the viewers at the theatre? Here are the top reviews.
The plot of the film is the rivalry between David J Pauly and Chembadan Joey which can be traced back to their high school time. What forms the crux of the movie is David J Pauly's and his friends' adventures to take grudge on Joey for messing up Pauly's betrothal.
The movie, just as the trailer, is an engaging one with some promising laughs. While the first half impress the viewer, the second part is slightly messy and leaves one confused. If the director had shown a little more care in trimming up the story, 'Thrissivaperoor Kliptham' could have been a much better watch.
However, the performance by cast makes it a delightful watch. While Chemban Vinod Jose steals the show, Asif and Aparna shines in their roles. The rest of the cast including Baburaj and Irshad has also done a good job.
Final Verdict: 'Thrissivaperoor Kliptham' is a movie with a promising first half and a slightly disappointing second half. And if you can deal with a little disappointment the movie is worth a watch and some good laughs.

Thirissivaperoor Kliptham directed by Ratheish Kumar stars Asif Ali, Aparna Balamurali, Chemban Vinod Jose, Baburaj and Sreejith Ravi in the lead roles. Produced by Whitesands Media House, the makers of the 2013 sensational hit 'Amen', 'Thrissivaperoor Kliptham' is touted to be a comedy drama. The cast of the movie also includes Shilpi Sharma, Jewel Mary, Vineeth Mohan and Rachana Narayanankutty.
The plot of the movie revolves around the rivalry between David Pauly and Chembadan Jose which can be traced back to the high school. Things get complicated when Joey louses up Davy's betrothal ceremony.
Thrissivaperoor Kliptham' penned down by 'Amen' writer PS Refeeque is, in fact, the directorial debut of Ratheish Kumar. But the impressive trailer and video songs from the movie doesn't have any trace of the shortcomings of a first timer. Moreover it clearly shows the sweeping prudence of a matured filmmaker. The excellent casting of the movie has already been won many rounds of applause from the movie buffs. The cast of the movie is certainly promising. Lately, Asif Ali has proved himself to be improving with each of his films. The performances of the actor in his recent movies are remarkable. Aparana, Chemban Vinod and Baburaj are also quite good at delivering their roles to the point perfection. In short, 'Thrissivaperoor Kliptham' is quite safe in the hands of the actors as well.
On the whole, 'Thrissivaperoor Kliptham' is expected to have a good reception at the box office.
