Supreme is the story of a youngster who protects the last of the heirs of a big foundation which render services in various sectors for the benefits of people. Balu, a taxi driver finds an Anglo-Indian boy in his car trunk and takes care of him alongside his father. Balu is the sort of person who gets irritated when someone sounds the horn. He tugs at them and makes their lives miserable.
Balu meanwhile falls in love with Bellam Sridevi, an incompetent sub-inspector in the location. One day, suddenly the boy whom he named Rajan disappears. He is kidnapped by Beeku, a fearsome goon. Balu goes in search of the boy and finds that the boy is the sole heir of the Jagruthi foundation established a long time ago by a royal family. But a certain Vikram Sarkar's eyes fall on the foundation. He finds a loophole in the documents and uses it to his benefit.
Narayana Rao, the trustee tells the court that he will submit the original documents and the copies within a month. Narayana Rao also searches for the current heir and finds him in London, Raja Rao. Vikram Sarkar orders Beeku to eliminate everyone who comes in his way. Rajan is the son of Raja Rao and Raja Rao was killed by Beeku. It now falls on Balu to overcome the odds and protect Rajan alongside the documents in the court before it becomes too late. How this happens forms the crux of the story.
Supreme received a positive response from the critic and became a commercial success. Sai Dharam Tej's performance was praise. Raashi Khanna gained marks for her comedic acting. The movie is known for remixing the hit song Andam Hindolam from Mega Star Chiranjeevi's Yamudiki Mogudu.
