Srimanthudu music album starts with Rama Rama, a modern age devotional song penned by Ramajogayya Sastry. Sooraj Santhosh and Ranina Reddy sang this vibrant song. Superstar Mahesh and Poorna feature in this song. The second song in the album is highly melodious Jatha Kalise. This romantic number is sung by Sagar and Suchitra. The song is soothing to listen to. It features Mahesh and Shruti Haasan.

Then comes the biggest highlight of the album. Charusheela, co-written by Ramajogayya Sastry and Devi Sri Prasad, the song is energetic and is crooned with verve by Yazin Nizar. Devi Sri Prasad adds the rap. Mahesh looks ultra stylish in this song and Shruti Haasan features alongside him. The fourth song in the album is the title song, Srimanthuda. Ramajogayya Sastry's inspirational lyrics add value to this song sung by M. L. R. Karthikeyan. The song happens when the protagonist travels to his destination. 

The next song is Jaago. Devi's thunderous beat and Raghu Dixit's singing makes this song one of the best in the album. The song features Mahesh and extras. The final song in Srimanthudu songs album is Dimmathirige. This typical Devi Sri Prasad mass number is sung by Simha and Geetha Madhuri with aplomb. Shruti Haasan and Mahesh Babu look at their glamurous best.
