Athiloka Sundari kicks off Sarrainodu album with an interesting mix of Indian and Western music. Ramajogayya Sastry lyrics add to the song. Vivek Dadlani's effervescent singing make this song featuring Allu Arjun, Rakul Preet and other character artists hummable. You Are My MLA is the best song of the album. This teasing song features Allu Arjun and Catherine Tresa. Anantha Sriram penned very catchy lyrics and Dhanunjay crooned it in an excellent manner. 

The third song of the album is Private Party. A hardcore party number, penned by Krishna Chaitanya this song features Allu Arjun in an amazing dance sequence and Catherine Tresa. The song is crooned by Manasi M.M and M.C. Vickey. The next entry in Sarrainodu songs album is Blockbuster. This much talked about item number features Allu Arjun and Anjali and is penned by Ramajogyya Sastry. Shreya Ghoshal sang this song against type and is joined by Nakash Aziz, Simha, Sri Krishna, Deepu. 

Telusaa Telusaa is a romantic song in the album. Written by Sri Mani, this class number will get traction once watched on the screen. The song features Allu Arjun and Rakul Preet. The final song of the album is the title song, Sarrainodu. Rapper Hard Kaur joined Sonu Kakkar and Brijesh Sandilya for this typical hero intro song. Ramajogayya Sastry penned this song.
