Samantaral

Directed by Partha Chakraborty, 'Samantaral' is a psychological thriller starring Soumitra Chatterjee, Parambrata Chatterjee, Aparajita Adhya, Tonushree and others. The movie revolves around Sujan, a mentally unstable middle son of a family headed by his father Soumitra Chatterjee. Essayed by Parambrata Chatterjee, Sujan stays mostly imprisoned in his house until his nephew (Riddhi Sen) comes to stay with his maternal family. They bonded well and started to take small trips of the city. Riddhi starts to find out what happened with his uncle in the past that made him a socially awkard person. The film also stars Aparajita Chatterjee, the elder daughter-in-law who takes care of the entire joint family and Tonushree plays Piya, the youngest daughter-in-law on whom the family is ficancially dependant.
