Saare jahan Se Accha

Salute is a biopic on Indian astronaut Rakesh Sharma, the first Indian to fly into space. The movie will have Shahrukh Khan portraying the role of Rakesh Sharma. The film will be helmed by Mahesh Mathai. Shahrukh Khan will prepare for his role in the United States under extreme conditions faced by the astronauts to understand his role for the film better. The cast and crew of the film will be announced soon. The film is likely to start rolling in mid-December.
