After the super success of 'Chennai 28' sequel, Venkat Prabhu announced his next venture titled 'Party' and it carries an interesting tagline 'Venkat Prabhu's hangover'. The iconic director made the announcement with an amazing first look motion poster confirming its star cast - 'Kayal' Chandran, Nivetha Pethuraj, 'Mirchi' Shiva, Jai, Regina Cassandra, Sanchita Shetty, Sampath, Sathyaraj, Ramya Krishnan, and Jayaram. 

This time, Venkat's brother Premji will not act in the film, instead, will take care of the music department. T Siva of Amma Creations production banner funds this project. The entire film is said to be shot in Fiji and the team has planned for 60 - 70 days shoot.
