Long postponed 'Machuka' is finally hitting theaters this weekend. Directed by Jayan Vanneri, the movie stars Pasupathy, Janani Iyer, and Pratap Pothen in the lead roles.

'Machuka' is the story of two stranger who by chance come to share a common place of boarding. In another line, the plot is about what happens when a third person walks into the lives of two people.

What is expected?

'Machuka' is touted to be a psycho thriller. The trailer and the posters of the movie were intriguing enough to impress the lovers of thriller movies. But taking into consideration that they are only a minority among the general Malayalee audience and the absence of mainstream stars in the movie, the success of the movie will depend largely on the critic and general reviews from the initial days. If 'Machuka' proves to be an entertainer with enough suspense to attract the family audience, the movie might make it big in the box office.
