Maari songs have been released by Sony Music South. Maari album consists of six songs which include a couple of bit songs. Check them out below.

The first song of Maari album is Thara Local song which is mass Kuthu number sung by Dhanush and Anirudh Ravichander. The song has become quite popular even before the film’s release and has given the film a big pre release boost. The video song of Thara Local has over 40 million views on Youtube which shows its popularity. Oru Vidha Aasai is a retro style romantic track sung by Malayalam film actor and singer Vineeth Sreenivasan.

The third song of the album Don’u Don’u is one of the most popular Tamil songs of all time. Sung by Anirudh Ravichander & Alisha Thomas, this song went viral at the time of its release. The peppy hookup line Don’u Don’u Don’u was an instant hit especially among the youth. The lyrical and video song combined has over 75 million views which is huge for a regional film song.

Bagulu Odayum Dagulu Mari is yet another mass song which is a bit song which comes at a crucial juncture of the film. It has been used in the film during a fight sequence and to elevate heroism. The lyrics written by G. Rokesh were very well rendered by Dhanush to suit the situation in the film. The Maari Swag is a special bit song with heavy electronic instrumentation. Thappa Dhaan Theriyum is a festive song which has vocals by Dhanush, Chinna Ponnu.
