When you find an interesting point to tell your story, you should deal with it in the most careful manner. Inspite of having a concept of 'Telepathy' which is quite an interesting subject and having an actress like Raasi in place, the director could have worked it out much better. The film gets way too complicated to understand with unnecessary twists, too much of melodrama and a complex narration. Though you feel you are enjoying it at a point, without your knowledge, it slips away from your interest. Barely manageable to watch.....yeah, unless you are a Raasi fan.

'Lanka' marks the comeback movie for yesteryear's actress Raasi as the lead in Telugu cinema. The movie is being directed by Sri Muni and produced by Namana Dinesh and Namana Vishnu Kumar under the banner Rolling Rocks Entertainments.

Touted to be a suspense thriller, this 133-minute movie has been certified with U/A. After donning the role of heroine's mother in 'Kalyana Vaibhogame', this looks like a risky venture for actress Raasi.

The music is composed by Sricharan Pakala. The camera is handled by V Ravi Kumar while Hari Varma headed the art department. Dragon Prakash composed the fights and Karthika Srinivas edited the movie. The additional cast include Sai Ronak, Ina Saaha, Sijju, Supreeth, Leena Siddhu, Rajesh, Sathya, Sudarshan among others.
