Ki Kore Toke Bolbo is a quintessential love story revolving around Akash and Anjali. The film starts when Akash (Ankush) got beaten up by the polices. Once he is released from the police station, he comes to know that his girlfriend Priya, whose father got him arrested, is getting married to someone else. Akash's father asked him to tie the knot with the girl of their choice and he obeyed. He got hitched to Anjali (Mimi). But, one more shock was waiting for him. Anjali asked for a divorce. Akash agrees in one condition. They cannot reveal the truth to his parents. Court asks them to stay together for six months.

Soon, Akash found out Anjali is in love with a person named Vikram. Anjali found him at a market and Akash took her to Vikram. He promised them that he will help to reunite them. But, one day a drunk Vikram revealed he had taken 50 lakh rupees from Anjali's father and left her so that she married Akash. A heartbroken Anjali found solace in Akash's friendship. She fell in love with Akash. On the other hand, Akash's mother comes to know about the pending divorce.
