Mili Chakravarty is a renowned physiotherapist working for the Indian Cricket Team. Mili is called in by Rajasthan's royal family for the treatment of King Shekhar Singh Rathore who is paralysed from the waist down. When Mili arrives in the palace is shocked to see the disciplined oriented palace and its members. The queen, Nirmala Devi Rathore, is not impressed by the clumsiness and chirpy behaviour of Mili. Mili discovers that Princess Divya Rathore is interested in cinema but is forced to study business management. Mili encourages her to pursue her passion. King avoids his treatment which frustrates Mili, she turns to Vikram for help but is she gets more furious over his stubbornness and arrogance. Mili decides to leave.
The royal servant Ram Sevak explains the story behind King's unwillingness and the strict behaviours of the royal members. 10 years ago, the eldest son of the king died in a car accident which left King in the coma for 6 months. This incident changed everyone. Once which was a fun-filled palace turned to a silent and monotonous. Mili decides to stay and to cure king and to change everyone's view towards the life. King's health starts improving. During her stay in the palace, Mili gets close to prince Vikram. They both fell in love, however, Vikram refuses to acknowledge it and tells her about his engagement to princess Kiara. A heartbroken Mili leaves the palace.
