Judwaa 2 is a reboot of 1997 action comedy movie Judwaa. Rajeev comes to meet his wife, who delivers twins in Mumbai. On his way, he meets Charles, a criminal. The doctor says that when the twins are together, their reflexes operate simultaneously. In a fight, Charles kidnaps one of his twins and leaves him near tracks. Charles is arrested and prisoned for twenty years.

The police advise Rajeev to leave India and he along with his wife and one child move to London. The other child is found by Kashibai, who raises him as Raja. Prem has grown to be a gentle boy, who aspires to become a musician. Samaira is impressed by his musical talent and calls him to her home to teach her some music.

Raja has grown up into a fun loving guy, who along with his friend Nandu, damages Alex's head. They are warned to leave India and so they illegally fly to London. On the flight, Raja falls in love with Alishka, while Prem falls in love with Samaira. Jacqueline looks attractive as Alishka. One day Raja and Nandu save Rajeev from an accident, at the hospital they meet Alex and his uncle and they come to know that Alex has lost his memory.

Raja and Alex meet but are unaware that they are twins. Alex's regains his memory and he along with his father, Charles holds Nandu hostage demanding Rajeev in exchange. Raja and Prem realize that they are twins. Prem dressed as Raja brings Rajeev. Together Raja and Prem save their father and the family gets united. They marry their respective girlfriends.

Judwaa 2 got mixed critical reviews and was a box office hit.
