Jojo Review & Rating
Director Argha Deep's debut film Jojo is a thriller with promising premises. It incorporates some twists and turns that make it a genuine thriller. The film starts when Mrittika gets appointed to babysit a young boy Jojo. Soon she discovered she is not asked for babysitting a boy but a doll, who is not a really an inert object.
The film had all the ingredients of being a smart thriller. It can impress a sucker of thrillers. However, being inspired by Chucky and Bazigaar, it sometimes tend to become predictable at parts. Plus, the rushed ending left a sour taste on the viewers. Even after great performances by Anirban, Darshana, and Saayoni, the characters failed to connect with the audience.
