Highway

Veera Tripathi (Alia Bhatt) is the daughter of a rich businessman who mistakenly gets kidnapped by a truck driver Mahabir Bhati (Randeep Hooda). Mahabir takes Veera around places on the highway avoiding the police. As days go by, Veera starts developing a soft corner for Mahabir and enjoys her new found freedom far from her troubled childhood. All this is short-lived when Mahabir is killed by the police in an encounter. Veera thereafter finds solace in leading her life by serving the destitute.
