The second song of the album is Native Place with lyrics penned by Srimani. Narendra's vocals add energy to this number. It is an okayish tune. The third song of the album is Idea Cheppu Friendu penned by Chandrabose. The song is sung by hero Ram himself with a few bits of Prakash Raj's voice can be heard. It is a simple song with peppy lyrics and similarly good tune. Ram's voice adds freshness to this song.

The next song in the album is Peddha Peddha Kallathoti penned by Sri Mani. Yazin Nizar crooned this beautiful song which describes the heroine from the point of view of the hero. Ranina Reddy provided the background vocals. The final song of the album is the title track Hello Guru Prema Kosame penned by Sri Mani. Sagar and Ranina Reddy gave vocals to this song.
