Hate Story 3 is the third instalment in the Hate Story franchise which was started by Vivek Agnihotri. The film tells the story which is all about, love, deceit, drama and revenge. The movie starts with a rich business Aditya Diwan inaugurating a hospital along with his wife Siya in the memory of his brother, Vikram. During the inauguration, Aditya shares a heart touching story of his brother donating half of his liver to his Karan who was in need. Business tycoon Saurav Singhania gifts an expensive car to Aditya who is a stranger to him. Saurav also invites Aditya and Siya for lunch. At lunch, Saurav proposes an inappropriate deal of having a sexual relationship with Siya and in return giving Aditya's company a big profit.

An outraged Aditya rejects his offer. Saurav then determines on destroying Aditya's business. He manages to shut down Aditya's cola factory. In order to save him, Aditya puts all the blame on his trusted employee Kaya. Kaya who still worked under Aditya flies off to Malaysia to meet Saurav and in order to get the truth behind Saurav's revengeful attitude towards Aditya. Saurav creates a fake story that his sister committed suicide because of Aditya, that's why he is seeking revenge. Things go more wrong when Aditya goes behind the bars. What will Siya do? Will Siya agree to the terms of Saurav? Why is Saurav seeking revenge against them? To know all these watch the full movie.

Hate Story 3 was a box office hit. The film managed to pull a huge number of audience with it's intriguing and unpredictable plot. Hate Story 3 was made on budget of 20 crores and it collected 65 crores at the box office.
