Gabbar Singh

Directed by Harish Shankar, starring Pawan Kalyan and Shruti Haasan, Gabbar Singh is a 2012 Telugu action comedy. Adapted from the 2010 Bollywood film Dabangg, the film is about a cop that renames himself Gabbar Singh inspired by the villain of 'Sholay'. He takes on the antagonist Siddhappa Naidu and how he reunites with his estranged step father and half brother in the process forms the crux of the story. The music of the film is composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
