Fitoor

‘Fitoor’ is a romantic drama film directed by Abhishek Kapoor and stars Katrina Kaif, Aditya Roy Kapur and Tabu in main roles. The story is an adaptation of Charles Dickens’ novel ‘Great Expectation’. It revolves around a young Kashmiri boy Noor and his muse Firdaus, who are being kept separated from each other by latter’s mother – Begum Hazrat, the wealthiest woman in town. Suffering from a broken heart, she does not let anyone to come near Firdaus. As time passes, everything around them too changes. Noor tries to cope up with city life in a quest that he will be able to win her love. But, as every tale has a twist, their love story is too disrupted by Begum. Will Noor be able to succeed, forms the remaining part of the drama.
