F2 (Fun & Frustration) is a Telugu multi-starrer which features Victory Venkatesh and Varun Tej in the lead. The movie is bankrolled by Dil Raju under Sri Venkateshwara Creations banner while it is written and directed by Anil Ravipudi. Beautiful Mehreen has been roped in to play the female lead opposite Varun Tej while Devi Sri Prasad has been finalized as the music composer.
The principal cast and crew have an association with the producer Dila Raju earlier. Venkatesh acted in SVSC along with Mahesh Babu while Varun Tej enacted in Fidaa and Anil Ravipudi's made his previous two films, Raja The Great (in which Mehreen was the heroine) and Supreme under the production of Dil Raju.
