Durgesgorer Guptodhon is the second film of the superhit Guptodhon franchise. The adventure film sees the return of team Sonada. Sona Da AKA Subarna Sen (Abir Chatterjee), Aabir (Arjun Chakraborty), and Jhinuk (Ishaa Saha) once again set for a treasure hunt and this time they will visit a zamindar house in Durgesgor where the trio came across the stories about a hidden treasure of the family and sarts their treasure hunt in the middle of the festive season of Durga Puja.

But, not only him, there is someone else who is also looking for the treasure. To reach the treasure Sonada has to crack some riddles. But, unlike the previous story, these riddles are not written on the papers. The clues are hidden in the spiritual songs and folk numbers of the village. Will Sonada be able to crack the clues and discover the treasure before the other group can reach it?
