Cartoon is the fourth film of young hero Vishwaksen in the lead role. Newbie director Pradeep Pulivarthi is directing the film. Viswanath Malladi will be producing the movie under Arya Creatives banner. Radhan is composing music for this film and Uday Gurrala will handle the cinematography. Rakendumouli is penning the lyrics for the film.
