Athiran is a Malayalam movie directed by newcomer Vivek. It is scripted by National Award Winner PF Mathews of Ee Maa Yau fame. The film has a psychiatric facility at Ooty as its backdrop and is touted to be a romantic thriller.
Athiran stars Fahadh Faasil, Sai Pallavi, Lena, Renji Panicker, Prakash Raj, Atul Kulkarni, Surabhi Lakshami and Sudev Nair. Fahadh plays a doctor and SaiPallvi plays a autistic patient.
