LoneRanger Productions banner. The film stars Karan Kundra and Zareen Khan in the lead roles. The principal photography for the movie began in May 2017. It is the fourth franchise in 1920 film series and revolves around a pianist Ayush (Karan), who travels from India to England to learn more about his art. But, the place where he stays is haunted by evil spirits. A student by the name Rose (Zareen), who communicates with spirits comes to his rescue.

Vikram Bhatt has also written and directed this movie, which is distributed by Reliance Entertainment. The movie also stars Toby Hinson and Sonnia Armstrong and has released on 12 January 2018.
