Super 30, Anand Kumar, and Hrithik Roshan! All we could hear these days are these names! And why not, when the movie is such a big hit. Super 30 showed us that despite criticism over-casting and troubles over the biopic based films, the movie shines because of the story. A story, so inspiring in itself and an actor who dedicated more than his soul in bringing the character alive on screen.
We all can admit that Hrithik needed a 'Daasu' comeback. The actor took his time, took two steps back only to make an even higher jump!
Jub Samayai Aiga… Subse Bada Or Sub Se Lamba Chalaang Hum He Maraingay
Hrithik needed this movie as much as the viewers needed to hear this story. There are several plus factors that make the movie worth watching! Let's check them out.
What works for the movie
Anand Kumar's story
Only a few good men are left in the world, who stand synonymously to the word HUMANITY! And Anand Kumar is definitely one of them. To think about others first is a man of good principles and good upbringing. Anand's story is such an inspiring story needed to be told, and people needed to hear it.
A good teacher is like a candle who consumes flames to give light, direction, motivation and inspiration to the students. This phrase suits Anand Kumar very well. To give free education who himself is not in a condition to make ends meet is someone to salute to. Anand is known for running 'Super 30' classes who gives free IIT-JEE entrance exam tuitions to underprivileged students. Isn't that amazing? The ripples that Anand's story has created will keep on going!
Those people who once criticized makers for choosing Hrithik, the literal Greek God of India, to play Anand Kumar in Super 30, turned all in the favour of the makers! They even lauded for the best casting after watching the movie. Hrithik's acceptance by the audiences goes beyond than just accent and attire. It is his sheer dedication and brilliance that clicked right with the audience.
The Roshan son, showed that he carries fire in his eyes as he let it do the talking in the film. While many were against the makers for portraying Hrithik in 'forced dusky skin colour', but believe it or not it was needed for the story. A teacher may not be all groomed in appearance but they are the light with enlightens the student's life.
It is all the audience's love that makes a film king at the box office. If it was not for the audience's acceptance then Super 30, was another story like Kalank. But Super 30 in its own is a brilliant story that connected directly with the viewers. The right blend of perfect story and perfect acting makes Super 30 a big win. Hrithik needed the audience's approval, as it was one of the toughest films for him. And not just because of the accent and attire, but also for everything.
If it was not for so many releases, then the movie sure would have run for another couple of weeks. But sadly, it is nearing its theatrical run. But the noise the film made will keep on echoing in the near future! A great tribute to a real hero.
