Salman, Shah Rukh, and Aamir Khan are the big names we come across when one talks about Bollywood. Over the years, the trio emerged as a super force in Bollywood with some big-budget films and massive blockbusters in their kitty. However, a few younger generation actors like Ranveer Singh are also aiming to reach their stature with back-to-back projects. But giving the Bollywood celebs a big shock is Tollywood's Rebel Star Prabhas who is slowly emerging as the King of Indian Cinema.
While all the Bollywood stars took years to attain the stardom they are enjoying today, Prabhas cemented his place in Bollywood with just two films - Baahubali franchise and Saaho. While Baahubali is an epic wonder from SS Rajamouli, action-adventure Saaho shattered the records of Khans even with a negative talk. Not only these films helped him amass a huge fan base, but also made him the hot favourite for all the top filmmakers in the industry.
Taking a glance at the line-up of Prabhas, which includes highly-anticipated pan-India films like Adipurush, Salaar, Radhe Shyam, a sci-fi drama with Nag Ashwin, and a project with Siddharth Anand, it is evident that he is going to emerge as box-office king in the coming years. Each of his projects is special in its own way and deals with different genres. If all these films emerge as blockbusters, it would be the end of Khan's era in Bollywood.
Of late, the Khan's trio are also less active at the box office. While Shah Rukh is doldrums with back-to-back flops, Salman Khan is attempting routine action drama. On the other hand, Aamir Khan is trying to do justice to his Perfectionist tag. If Khans stay silent even now, Prabhas can overcome them and emerge as an unstoppable Pan-India star in the coming years.
