It is the time where every big project in any industry is eyeing a pan-Indian release. This new trend took shape with the super success of SS Rajamouli's Baahubali franchise. The directorial genius is now coming up with another magnum opus RRR, which is touted to break the records of Baahubali. Starring Ram Charan and Jr NTR in lead roles, the film is a period drama set in the pre-Independence era and deals with a fantasy story of the team-up of freedom fighters Alluri Seetharamaraju and Komaram Bheem

RRR is one of the highly awaited films across the nation and boasts cast from every industry. But shockingly, in North India, it is assumed and promoted as Ram Charan's film. And the reason behind it is the immense popularity of Charan in North India. Almost all the films of Charan got dubbed in Hindi and received millions of views on YouTube. Even Charan had acted in a Bollywood film Zanjeer alongside Priyanka Chopra as the lead lady. For the unversed, Bollywood star kid actress Alia Bhatt is paired with Charan in RRR. This indirectly made people assume RRR is Ram Charan's film.

RRR has given the same importance to Young Tiger Jr NTR as that of Charan, but NTR is not quite popular among the Hindi audience. This might have led to the confusion. However, post the release, Young Tiger is also expected to grab the spotlight in the North belt with his amazing acting prowess. Meanwhile, a few NTR fans started to trend the hashtag #NTRRRR to ensure that other language audiences get to know that NTR is also the lead actor in the film.

Talking about the film shooting progress, 80 percent of the shoot is wrapped and makers have scheduled the film for October 13th release.
