We see a lot of talented child artists in movies. They make everyone smile with their cute little gestures and funny acting. Unfortunately, not everyone grows up to become stars. There are few of our favourite child artistes who transitioned to lead roles later. There are some child artists who mesmerised us with their cuteness and charm. Well, they are not cute and small anymore but have grown up to become successful heroes and heroines in Tollywood.

    We firstly know him as cute but brave ‘Sisindri’. Sisindri marks the debut of Akhil Akkineni in Tollywood industry. His adventures, cute expression, and naughty actions are un-forgetful. The movie stands as one of the evergreen hits of Tollywood. Almost after 20 years, Akhil has debuted as a lead actor in 'Akhil' which raked in a lot of money on its opening day.
