Bollywood movies are all about glamor, drama, and extravagance. We love to see those enormous palaces and lavish sets which makes those "Ameer" Raichands and Signhanias look credible. Who doesn't know how some filmmakers (read Sanjay Leela Bhansali) are obsessed with creating magnificent sets?
Well, sets are fine. But, some B-town filmmakers love to shoot in real locations. They prefer to turn a manor in Buckinghamshire into a mansion in Delhi! After all, a Bollywood mom must have a dramatic walk before she and her 'aarti ki thali' reach the door to welcome her son. Sometimes, these sets look better than the content of the movies.
However, we are not here to talk about these movies. Instead, we will talk about the films that you didn't know were shot in our Desi celeb's house. Ohh yes, this includes palaces, farmhouses, and villas that can give foreign locations a run for their money (we are not judging at all). Let's see the list. here
Veer Zaara: Pataudi Palace
Remember Zaara’s 'Alishan makan' in Pakistan? It wasn't a set in a film city. It was shot in Saif and Soha Ali Khan's Pataudi Palace.

Some section of Aamir Khan starrer cult hit Rang De Basanti was also shot in Pataudi Palace.
Ki & Ka: Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan’s home

Sanju: Sanjay Dutt’s Imperial Heights
Sanju, the biopic of Sanju Baba was shot in Sanjay Dutt's home. Well, that's the realistic part of the entire movie.
