In the final week of 2019 (Week 52), we have seen two big and highly anticipated releases - Good Newwz and Avane Srimannarayana apart from a few smaller films.

India's Best Movie of the Week
All the 6 major film industries have come up with at least one release this week once again. Tamil Cinema has seen four releases out of which two are considered for this article. Telugu and Kannada have a couple of releases each. Malayalam Cinema and Bengali Cinema have seen a release each alongside Bollywood.
Expectedly, Akshay Kumar's highly anticipated multi-starrer comedy Good Newwz scored well with both with the critics and the audience. Tamil film Sillu Karuppatti has seen highly positive reviews. Telugu film Mathu Vadalara - a crime comedy - which stars ace music director M. M. Keeravani's son Sri Simha has received generally positive reviews and is off to a great start at the box office. Keeravani's other son - singer Kaala Bhairava debuts as a music director with this film.
The rest of the other films haven't created any buzz. But it is the scheduled-to-hit-Indian-screens in a few days film, Avane Srimannarayana that stands out for its quirky narration and complete cinematic experience. It is one piece of a rare film that can be termed Complete Cinema. It is for films like this, we watch cinemas in the first place. So, without spoiling your fun (as the film is a must-watch)...
