Our Bollywood films are a reflection of our society we live in. Earlier days only those relationships were treated legal which followed societal norms, approved by our people. But times have changed and so is the definition of relationships. In today’s times, relationships are more a matter of convenience than commitment, if it works well and good otherwise ‘you go your way I go mine’ is the attitude. This attitude has given rise to live-in relationships in real as well as reel life which has become an acceptable norm in today’s society. This acceptance has been reflected quite a few times on screen in several Bollywood movies where the lead pair is involved in such a live-in relationship.
